Students demonstrated their fundamental understanding of different Illustrator tools and techniques by designing a mandala. Students created and combined shapes with the Pathfinder, drew with the Pen Tool, and applied different fills/gradients/stroke weights to make an interesting design using a polar grid to reflect and rotate their design elements.
